Okay, I don't get this Chained CPI stuff. Social Security is a plan where we workers put in money from our pay. When we reach retirement we start collecting against the money we put in. No money comes from all the taxpayers money that goes to the IRS. It is not an entitlement like Medicare.

With the way computer and Internet technology is built today, there is no way that your data is safe in the hands of any person, corporation, or government. The only way it could be relatively safe is if the computer housing the data was not connected to any network.
