Fri May 17, 2013
For electric cars, the answer is to develop an easily removable and compatable battery for all the electric car models. Then you could go to a changing (not charging) station to swap out the discharged battery and replace it with a fully charged one. This would make extended trips p …

What's the economy's big problem? In a word: Washington
Fri Apr 26, 2013
Actually big business and businesses in general are more responsible for creating jobs and have been keeping this economy in the dumper. The more people working the more money that is generated. The more people have to spend. The more they have to be taxed. Businesses are sit …
Chicago justice: Clerk beats gun-toting robber with baseball bat
Wed Apr 10, 2013
Being a robber and a thief is a hard life. Notice to would-be robbers. Stores take in most of their money by credit card. People have little money at home. I'll let you figure it out from there. Meanwhile, a real job has a steady stream of money coming in. Oops, but you have to work for it.

Fri Apr 5, 2013
Okay, I don't get this Chained CPI stuff. Social Security is a plan where we workers put in money from our pay. When we reach retirement we start collecting against the money we put in. No money comes from all the taxpayers money that goes to the IRS. It is not an entitlement like Medicare.
CVS to workers: Tell us how much you weigh or it'll cost you $600 a year

With the way computer and Internet technology is built today, there is no way that your data is safe in the hands of any person, corporation, or government. The only way it could be relatively safe is if the computer housing the data was not connected to any network.
A bigger tax break for those who take public transit
Thu Feb 28, 2013
I would really like to know what tax incentive there is in driving to work every workday? I know that you can get a tax deduction for travel to and from a second job subject to 2% of your AGI. The tax incentive they are talking about is taking money from your paycheck prior to taxing, just like th …

Budweiser is beer? Haven't had one since the late 60s. It was pretty awful then. I guess it hasn't improved in 50 years.
Questions & Answers
Do you agree with the Tiger Mom's strict parenting?
Yes, it's good for kids in the long run.
Go Amy. If I had you for a mom I would still be playing the piano. I'd have a Ph.D. instead of an MBA. My kids would have Ph.D's too.
